Training and Development Manager

Job Description

· Team Building ,Leadership, Communication, Business Etiquettes etc · Provide training to the service, operational and regulatory requirements · To design and develop training materials · To promote safety and service as well as best practice · Prepare classroom and mock cabin for training sessions · Facilitate soft skills and other Trainings at the Institute · To monitor and assess the performance of the Team · To maintain a safe, secure and a learning environment · Implementation and ongoing maintenance of all office policies and procedures. · Prepare weekly or monthly reports · Perform administrative duties · To ensure that staff performance is managed appropriately and in a way that is consistent with the expectations of the Institute and that fair workload allocation processes are in place · To ensure all staff have access to the necessary support to enable them to contribute fully and develop their skills and experience. · To engender a culture of excellence, co-operation and respect both within and beyond the department · To make effective use of all staffing resources and seek opportunities for collaboration and joint working with others beyond the department and beyond the Faculty · To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both staff and tainees
