Key Responsibilities:Source and procure goods and services for various hotel departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Office, etc.). Identify and evaluate vendors based on price, quality, availability, service, and reliability. Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier contracts, and inventory data. Coordinate closely with the kitchen, housekeeping, engineering, and accounts departments to forecast and plan purchasing needs. Ensure all purchases comply with hotel policies, budget limits, and hygiene/safety regulations. Resolve any supply issues including delays, shortages, or quality concerns
