Objective

As a Trainee Test Engineer, the position holds responsibility for ensuring product quality and functionality - by designing, testing, and executing tests.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual Testing

• Good knowledge on SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC), and Bug Lifecycle (BLC).
• Good knowledge and exposure on Testing Techniques and Testing Types.
• Awareness on Test Plan.
• Ability to analyse the requirements for thorough understanding and gain clarity.
• Ability to create test scenarios and test cases in accordance with requirements.
• Familiarity with Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Ability to provide testing reports.
• Exposure to Software Methodologies – Waterfall & SCRUM.

Automation Testing

• Knowledge on Programming languages like C, Java or Python Programming.
• Familiar with Object-Oriented Concepts.
• Exposure on Selenium Webdriver for automating tests.
• Good knowledge on testing frameworks like Junit, TestNG.
• Familiarity on Page Object Model design pattern.

Database knowledge

• Familiar with DBMS/ RDBMS concepts.
• Familiar with SQL commands like DDL and DML Statements to perform CRUD operations.
• Having exposure on databases like MS-SQL and Oracle.

Personnel Skills

• Quick Learner and should adapt to the environment.
• Possess good analytical skills.
• Strive to know and adhere to the process.
• Aimed towards efficiency and a qualitative approach.
• Smart thinking for good results.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
