Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team. The CSM will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Key Responsibilities: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and act as their trusted advisor. Own the entire customer lifecycle post-sale — onboarding, training, adoption, engagement, renewal, and expansion. Drive product adoption and usage by providing proactive support, education, and training. Understand customer needs and objectives and align them with our solutions.
