Support sustaining test activities ( yield improvement, test debug,test time reduction and Failure analysis) Job Description In your new role you will: Support sustaining test activities ( yield improvement, test debug,test time reduction and Failure analysis) Support tester platform conversion/migration Test hardware development for engineering test hardware and production load boards, probecards Work with Design, product, fab and yield engineers on fab transfer yield debug and fixes. Test program integration and release to production. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: B.Tech/M.Tech with electronics background. 1 to 3 years of experience in ATE testing in analog/mixed signal/powerproducts Preferred to have V93K SMT8 platform experience Knowledge in Cpk and GRR terms Good in C++/Java programming Strong in test engineering concepts and electronics fundamentals Knowledge in ATE test hardware development ( tester resourceassignments, schematic development ) Problem solving skills Contact: Shavin.Shashidhar@infineon.com #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
