Job Title: Telesales Team Lead


Location: Narsingi Office, Hyderabad


Job Type: Full-time


Work Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM; Weekly Off on Tuesday or Wednesday (as per roster)


Salary: INR 40,000 to INR 50,000 per month, with performance-based incentives

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Team Lead to oversee our telesales team within the pre-sales department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing telesales teams in the real estate sector or with a prominent channel partner. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for nurturing, guiding, and increasing the efficiency of the telesales team to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.


Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of telesales executives to achieve sales targets through effective management and mentoring.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure the team's strong presence.

- Monitor team performance and report on metrics to upper management.

- Offer coaching, motivation, and support to the telesales team to ensure they meet their sales quotas.

- Handle escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary.

- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all team members possess excellent product knowledge and communication skills.

- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure the telesales team has the necessary collateral and script information pertaining to new launches or campaigns.

- Ensure CRM systems are effectively used by the team for proper documentation of customer interactions, analysis of customer feedback, and lead generation.


 Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing at least a 10 member pre-sales telecalling team, specifically within a reputable real estate company or a prominent channel partner.

- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.

- Working knowledge of CRM systems and practices.

- Ability to handle pressures of sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field; MBA preferred.
