This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Telesales Team Lead. The Telesales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a telesales team, ensuring that sales targets are met, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include team management, sales strategy planning, performance monitoring, and training team members. The Telesales Team Lead will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of communication within the team and with customers.
