We work closely with hospitals, laboratories, and medical colleges to provide digital solutions that enhance healthcare delivery. ⸻ 🎯 Job Overview: We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Telesales Executives who will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients (doctors, hospitals, labs, etc.), explaining our services, and converting leads into users or appointments. ⸻ 🧩 Key Responsibilities: • Call potential leads (doctors, clinics, hospitals, labs, colleges) and explain Apna OPD’s offerings • Generate interest and convert prospects into appointments or platform users • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools • Follow scripts and sales techniques to meet daily/weekly targets • Handle objections professionally and resolve client queries • Coordinate with the field sales team for in-person meetings if required • Share daily/weekly performance updates with the team lead or HR ⸻ 👤 Requirements: • 0–2 years of telesales or customer service experience (freshers welcome) • Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & basic English preferred) • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure • Familiarity with basic computer tools (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software) • Prior healthcare or SaaS sales experience is a plus ⸻ 🕒 Working Hours: • Full-time (Monday to Saturday) ⸻ 💼 Perks & Benefits: • Fixed salary + performance-based incentives • Training and sales pitch support • Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing health-tech company
