Job Description

The Telesales role is pivotal to our organization as you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities through outbound calls. Your main objective will be to contact potential customers, promote our products or services, qualify leads, and secure sales appointments. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue by pitching products or services to meet sales targets, identifying and qualifying leads through strategic questioning, setting up sales appointments for field sales representatives, and negotiating and closing sales. It will be essential to build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, record details of interactions and sales transactions in the CRM system, and follow up on leads and customer inquiries. Your performance will be measured based on your ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas, provide information on products or services to potential customers, handle customer objections, and demonstrate persistence to secure sales. Collaboration with the sales team to enhance sales performance, staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends, adhering to sales scripts and guidelines, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred), proven work experience in telesales or a similar sales role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales and negotiation skills, ability to handle rejection and remain persistent, experience using CRM software and sales databases, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets, ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, good understanding of sales performance metrics, customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing exceptional service, effective time management and task prioritization skills, adaptability and willingness to learn about the products or services offered, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, self-motivation with a positive attitude, and understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,
