Manage vehicle insurance policies and handle accident reporting and claims. Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of all fleet vehicles and associated equipment. Track vehicle registration, permits, and renewals. Assist in vehicle acquisition and disposal processes. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, costs, fuel consumption, and maintenance. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and operational improvements. Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic fleet decisions. Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, service providers, and vendors related to fleet operations. Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience (typically 1-2 years) in fleet management, logistics, or transportation operations, preferably within a corporate or commercial setting. The Manager – Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) – RTM Safety (Fleet & Non-Production Site) ensures compliance and governance for safety across Route-to-Market (RTM) operations, focusing on fleet safety, logistics, and non-production sites (e.g., warehouses). Additionally, this role integrates Manufacturing Safety Governance and Project Safety to ensure consistent safety practices across the value chain in alignment with The Coca-Cola Company’s Operational Requirements (KORE) and global H&S standards. This role includes managing RTM-specific risks such as fleet safety compliance, driver behavior, traffic safety, highway risks, and ensuring safe operational processes at non-production sites. The incumbent will ensure that safety standards are adapted to regional requirements, track key performance metrics, manage third-party vendors, lead cultural transformation, and implement safety improvement programs for bottling facilities, warehouses, and logistics operations.
