Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer, located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, performing field service tasks, troubleshooting and resolving issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves hands-on work and frequent interaction with customers to solve technical problems in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Any degree/Diploma
Field Service skills and experience
Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support
Skills in conducting preventive maintenance
Strong customer service skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Prior experience in the telematics or commercial trucking industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment
