Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller Team Leader to lead and manage a team of telecallers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, improving call quality, mentoring team members and ensuring excellent customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of telecallers to ensure daily, weekly and monthly targets are met.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, training and guidance.
• Handle escalated calls and resolve customer issues effectively and professionally.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on team performance, conversions and call quality.
• Motivate the team to improve performance and maintain high morale.
• Ensure adherence to calling scripts, compliance standards and company policies.
• Conduct call audits and quality checks to ensure consistent customer service standards.
• Coordinate with the sales or customer support team to pass on leads and follow-ups.
• Manage shift schedules, attendance, and productivity of the team.
• Provide continuous improvement suggestions to increase efficiency and results.

• Basic knowledge of CRM or telecalling software
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 3–4 years of telecalling experience, with at least 2 year in a team leader role
• Experience in FMCG Industry, Food Industry or similar industries is a plus.
• Strong command over English and Hindi (must be fluent in both)
• Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate (preferred)
