Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, follow up on inquiries and provide customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for sales, lead generation or follow-ups
• Answer incoming calls from customers and handle queries professionally
• Explain products or services clearly and persuasively to potential clients
• Maintain a daily record of calls, leads and customer interactions
• Follow up on prospects and convert leads into confirmed appointments or sales
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain customer data and update CRM or lead management software
• Coordinate with the sales or field team for follow-up and closures
• Ensure professional tone and courtesy in every call

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (or regional language, if applicable)
• Persuasive and confident with a positive attitude
• Good listening skills and problem-solving ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, CRM tools)
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream
• 0–1 years of experience in telecalling, customer care or sales preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
• Experience in FMCG Industry, Food Industry or similar industries is a plus.
• Strong command over English and Hindi (must be fluent in both)
• Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate (preferred)
