Position Summary
The Relationship Manager (Inside Sales/Telesales) will be responsible for building
and maintaining strong relationships with clients through proactive outbound and
inbound calls. This role focuses on driving sales, achieving targets, and ensuring
customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
● Sales and Target Achievement:
○ Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
○ Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through
telesales and inside sales techniques.
○ Conduct effective product/service presentations and demonstrations
to potential clients.
○ Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer
satisfaction.
● Client Relationship Management:
○ Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular
communication.
○ Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
○ Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and
professional manner.
○ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
● Lead Management:
○ Qualify leads generated from various sources (marketing campaigns,
referrals, etc.).
○ Manage and prioritize a pipeline of prospective clients.
○ Update CRM with accurate and timely information on client
interactions and sales activities.
● Product Knowledge:
○ Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and their
features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
○ Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
● Reporting and Analysis:
○ Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and
client interactions.
○ Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement
effective strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
● Graduate or Undergraduate of any Stream.
● Min 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar relationship
management role.
● Fluency in English and Hindi.
● Proven experience in Fintech, Banking, Insurance, NBFC, Real Estate, or
Financial Services etc
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Good convincing skills.
