Assistant Manager / Manager - PPC Solar We are seeking a dynamic and driven Asst. Manger or Manager to lead business development and client engagement for our Module Mounting Structures (MMS) used in solar installations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, a passion for renewable energy, and a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and approach EPC contractors, solar developers, OEMs, and distributors. Generate and convert leads for MMS products in rooftop, ground-mounted, and utility-scale solar projects. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners. Provide accurate technical information and after-sales support. Marketing & Promotion: Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Coordinate participation in exhibitions, webinars, and digital campaigns. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create marketing collateral (brochures, product sheets, presentations). Pricing & Proposals: Prepare customized quotations and techno-commercial proposals. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with management. Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain CRM/database and provide regular sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and market feedback. Production & Planning: Plan and Co-ordinate production engineering process on daily basis to produce high quality products. Responsible for handling Production, Planning and Quality Control. Should be able to monitor and control the Material Inflow and Outflow. Should be able to monitor inward and outward Cashflow. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or related field. 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in solar structures, renewable energy, or construction steel products. Strong understanding of MMS, solar BOS, or civil/structural components is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
