Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls, following up with potential clients, and conducting property viewings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries. • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options. • Schedule and conduct property viewings with interested buyers or tenants. • Provide detailed information about the property, including pricing, features, and amenities. • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction. • Maintain a database of potential leads and update records regularly. • Coordinate with the sales team and property owners for seamless transactions. • Stay updated with market trends and property laws. Requirements: • Proven experience in sales, real estate, Loan Sales. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and meet targets. • Basic knowledge of real estate market trends. • Willingness to travel for property showings.
