Job Description:
To work on INGENIUM based application, make changes and enhancements as requested in Functional Specifications/Change Requests.
Actively participate in technical feasibility study, estimates, prepare technical specification document, Coding & Unit testing, coordination, and technical walk thru with Business Analysts, Testing Team and implementing the changes in the system
Impact on the Business / Function
Understanding of High- & low-level designs.
Responsible for Analysis, Coding & Unit Test Plan and Unit Testing as per requirements outlined in Functional Specifications.
Perform program construction / modification as per requirements and fix the defects identified during testing phase
Able to identify system gaps and provide feasible technical solutions.
Assist and participate in deployment of system changes to various regions.
Guide other IT application teams due to changes in the Core applications.
Experience Range:
4 - 6 years
Educational Qualifications:
B.Tech/B.E
Job Responsibilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly disseminate information.
Applying Analytical & Coding skills for designing system changes
Produce Technical documentation covering module level specs, work product reviews, Process improvements and unit test scenarios.
Knowledge of DB2 & SQL query.
Hands on experience with Windows/Unix/AIX OS platforms
Knowledge of INGENIUM Architecture
Knowledge of Life Insurance Domain
