Provide first- and second-line technical support for digital tools used in road infrastructure projects (e.g., GIS, BIM, asset management systems, IoT sensors).
Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of digital platforms and field devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to road monitoring and smart infrastructure systems.
Support data collection, integration, and validation from road sensors, drones, and mobile devices.
Collaborate with engineers, planners, and IT teams to ensure digital tools align with project requirements.
Train field and office staff on the use of digital systems and best practices.
Monitor system performance and escalate issues to vendors or internal teams as needed.
Document support procedures, FAQs, and technical manuals.

Profile/Skills

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
4+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in infrastructure or transportation sectors.
Familiarity with road asset management systems, GIS platforms, and IoT technologies.
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows-based systems, mobile apps, and cloud platforms.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
