# TS Sales - Job Description ## Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic TS Sales professional to join our sales team, focusing on software sales with expertise in Adobe solutions. This role combines inbound sales management, client retention, and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth. ## Key Responsibilities ### Sales & Revenue Generation - Manage inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers - Conduct compelling Adobe product demonstrations to prospects and clients - Execute cross-selling strategies to maximize account value - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM ### Client Management & Retention - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value - Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure client satisfaction - Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts ### Technical Sales Support - Understand and articulate technical features and benefits of software solutions - Collaborate with technical teams to address client requirements - Customize product presentations based on client needs and industry verticals - Stay updated on Adobe product updates and new releases ### CRM & Process Management - Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other CRM systems - Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and performance indicators - Generate reports on sales activities and pipeline status - Follow established sales processes and methodologies ## Required Qualifications ### Education & Experience - **Graduation/Bachelor's degree mandatory** (any discipline) - **Minimum 1 year of documented sales experience** - Prior experience in software/technology sales preferred ### Technical Skills - Proficiency in **Salesforce CRM** and other CRM platforms - Experience conducting ** product demonstrations** - Understanding of software sales cycles and methodologies - Basic technical aptitude to understand software solutions ### Core Competencies - **Excellent verbal and written communication skills** - Strong presentation and demonstration abilities - Cross-selling and upselling expertise - Client retention and relationship management skills - Inbound sales handling experience - Results-oriented mindset with proven track record Show more Show less
