Technical SEO Manager

Job Summary:
The SEO Manager will lead the SEO team and oversee the development and implementation of effective SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings, drive web traffic, and maximize digital marketing efforts. The role also involves building and maintaining client relationships by ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of SEO goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying updated on industry trends is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on progress, and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to international markets to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content creation and optimization.
• Optimize website structure, content, and landing pages for search engines.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, ensuring website health and performance.
• Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to create SEO-friendly content.
• Direct off-page optimization efforts, including link-building and outreach campaigns.
• Prepare and present performance reports and insights to both internal stakeholders and clients
• Maintain documentation such as project plans, briefs, and post-project reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of success.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing a team of SEO professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Must have knowledge about Wordpress and creating SEO proposals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
