• Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology projects using

  Agile methodologies

• Oversee all phases of the

  Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  CI/CD

  Test-Driven Development (TDD)

  ,

  Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)

  , and

  automated testing

  .
• Lead and motivate

  cross-functional teams

  , promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Track and report on

  Agile metrics

  (e.g., burn-down charts, velocity), manage

  product backlogs

  , and facilitate

  user story development

  .
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates on

  project status

  ,

  risks

  , and

  issues

  .
• Proactively identify

  blockers

  and lead

  mitigation strategies

  to ensure smooth project execution.
• Serve as an

  Agile coach

  , mentoring teams and supporting enterprise-wide Agile transformation.
• Ensure high-quality delivery by instilling best practices, standards, and team accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering complex, enterprise-level tech projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Background in

  Engineering

  or

  Computer Science

  (preferred).
• Familiarity with tools like

  JIRA

  ,

  Confluence

  , and

  DevOps pipelines

  .
• Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivery excellence.

Certifications (Preferred)

• PMI-ACP

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

• SAFe Agilist
