Technical Lead (Mern/JS)

Experience: 10+ years Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office) Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack - Team Lead to join our dynamic team at TOPS Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will lead a talented group of developers, driving the success of our JavaScript-based projects. Your leadership will be key in managing project timelines, conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Requirement: Minimum 7+ years experience in MERN stack technologies: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js Hands-on experience with JavaScript-TypeScript Development on both client and server-side. Strong understanding of Cloud (Preferably AWS) and must have experience in CI/CD, DevOps. Good knowledge and understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles. Knowledge of Agile methodologies Must have experience in Project Deployment and GO-Live process. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
