Technical Lead (Mern/JS)

Responsibilities:

• Work as a Senior/ Lead team member alongside other application developers.
• Participate in full-stack code and architecture reviews.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain existing applications.
• Collaborate & guide other team members (developers, designers, project managers, etc.).
• Ensure code quality through thorough testing and debugging processes.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure continuous improvement in code quality of the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years experience in MERN stack technologies: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript-TypeScript Development on both client and server-side.
• Strong understanding of Cloud (Preferably AWS) and must have experience in CI/CD, DevOps.
• Good knowledge and understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Must have experience in Project Deployment and GO-Live process.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ability to manage a team and multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
