  • Technical Research: Understand client products, services, and technologies deeply to create insightful and value-driven content.
  • Content Structuring & SEO Optimization: Structure articles with SEO best practices, effective headings, and keyword integration.
  • Editing & Proofreading: Ensure all content is grammatically accurate, aligned with brand tone, and free of errors.
  • Collaboration: Work with developers and designers to ensure content is technically sound and visually well-represented.
  • Content Ideation: Bring fresh topics, headlines, and content angles aligned with current industry trends.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Base Support: Draft user guides, product manuals, and process documentation where required.
  • Performance Tracking: Coordinate with SEO teams to track the organic performance of your published content and iterate for better results.
