• Developing and documenting architectural designs for solutions leveraging both Microsoft and Cisco technologies. This includes defining the structure, components, and interactions within the system.

• Possessing strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including its services and capabilities, and potentially other Microsoft cloud platforms Deep understanding of Cisco networking technologies, including routing, switching, security, and potentially contact center solutions

• Ensuring seamless integration between Microsoft and Cisco technologies, as well as with other relevant systems and platforms.

• Designing solutions that are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.

• Working with stakeholders, development teams, and other IT professionals to understand requirements, communicate solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

• Providing guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, and resolving technical issues..
