About the Role

Were looking for a senior technical leader to oversee system design and ensure our fast-moving engineering teams build solutions that are reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient. In this role, you will be responsible for system architecture and best practices across multiple product and platform teams. You will mentor engineers, identify architectural debt, and promote structured decision-making frameworks. Additionally, you'll foster a culture of operational excellence through observability and automation, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our technology stack aligns with our business objectives and delivers an outstanding experience for our customers.

Qualifications & Skills/What You Need

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership roles (e.g., Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Architect), leading system architecture and best practices across product and platform teams—preferably in e-commerce.
• A hands-on approach to building foundational software that supports both product and platform teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive the technical roadmap with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

What'll Help You Move Faster:

• Prior experience with ERP software such as Odoo, ERPNext, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Python, NodeJS, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, GCP, and AWS.
• A deep understanding of database technologies, including both SQL and NoSQL systems.
