Tech Lead - .Net Development

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET-based applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and ensure coding standards are followed.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing systems.
• Ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability.
• Work closely with QA and DevOps teams for smooth deployment and testing.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders effectively.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development using :
• C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core
• Web APIs, Entity Framework, LINQ
• JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS
• MS SQL Server, Stored Procedures, and Query Optimization
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Strong understanding of OOPS concepts, design patterns, and architecture principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  

Good To Have

• Experience with Angular or React.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
