Job Title: Team Lead

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Lead to oversee a team of software developers and drive the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills to guide team members, manage workflows, and ensure high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software engineers through all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor progress to ensure timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions.
• Provide hands-on development support and participate in coding, code reviews, and debugging as needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation within the team.
• Mentor and support the professional development of team members through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Facilitate agile/scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Project management experience or certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
