Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior MEAN Stack Developer / Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and deploy robust web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js), and lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using MEAN stack
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices and code quality
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning and reviews
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in full-stack web development with strong expertise in MEAN stack
  • Excellent knowledge of Angular (v10+ preferred)
  • Proficiency with Node.js and Express.js
  • Strong experience with MongoDB (or other NoSQL databases)
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
  • Experience with Git and version control workflows
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Good communication and leadership abilities

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
