Team Lead - MEAN Stack

As a Senior MEAN Stack Developer / Team Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). Your role will also involve leading a team of developers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality web applications using the MEAN stack - Leading and mentoring a team of developers, emphasizing best practices and code quality - Collaborating with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions - Conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, and optimizing applications for speed and scalability - Ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning and reviews, and troubleshooting technical issues - Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies To be successful in this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development with a strong expertise in the MEAN stack - Excellent knowledge of Angular (v10+ preferred), proficiency in Node.js and Express.js, and strong experience with MongoDB - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, Git, and version control workflows - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, strong problem-solving and debugging skills, and good communication and leadership abilities Nice to have skills include experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and prior experience in client-facing roles. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra. You should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. The expected start date is 22/07/2025.
