Job Title: Sales Team Leader Location: Noida Sector 127 Metro Station AQUA Line Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA Employment Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Leader to manage a team of 20+ telesales executives. The role involves driving daily sales performance, achieving monthly targets, and providing strategic direction to the team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills (in both Hindi and English), team management abilities, and a strong grasp of dashboard reporting and data analysis. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of 20+ telesales executives Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Conduct daily performance reviews and provide coaching/feedback Access and analyze performance data to drive improvements Create and manage dashboards to track KPIs and team productivity Motivate and mentor team members to improve performance and morale Maintain clear and professional communication in both Hindi and English Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and resolve issues Must-Have Skills Excellent verbal and written communication in both Hindi and English Strong leadership and performance management skills Proven experience in handling 20+ member telesales teams Proficiency in creating and using dashboards for performance tracking Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Qualifications & Experience Graduate in any discipline Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or sales team leadership Experience in B2C sales environments preferred How to Apply Interested candidates can send their resumes to Abhishek.singh@doconline.com Regards HR Team Show more Show less
