We’re looking for talented professionals to join a dynamic project aimed at strengthening Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs), developing value chains, and promoting sustainable rural livelihoods in Jharkhand.

Team Lead (1 Position)

• Qualification:

  Master’s in Social Sciences, MBA, PGDRM, MSW, or equivalent with 10+ years of experience.

• Key Role:

  Lead project implementation, coordinate with stakeholders, oversee FPC formation and business plans, guide infrastructure development, ensure market linkages, and mentor the team.

Agronomy Expert (1 Position)

• Qualification:

  Master’s in Agriculture with 5+ years of experience.

• Key Role:

  Provide technical guidance on sustainable farming, deliver training for FPCs, advise on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), and connect FPCs with research institutions.

Food Processing Expert (1 Position)

• Qualification:

  Graduate/Postgraduate in Food Tech/Science with 5+ years of experience, knowledge of FSSAI compliance.

• Key Role:

  Advise on processing technologies, ensure regulatory compliance, support product development, and facilitate quality assurance.

Marketing & Promotion Expert (1 Position)

• Qualification:

  Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field with 5+ years of experience.

• Key Role:

  Develop marketing strategies, establish market linkages, support branding and digital marketing, and organize promotional events.

Packaging & Branding Expert (1 Position)

• Qualification:

  Graduate/Postgraduate in Packaging, Design, Marketing, or related field with 5+ years of experience.

• Key Role:

  Create innovative packaging solutions, ensure compliance with standards, support brand development, and train FPC members.

Institution Building & Capacity Building (IBCB) Expert (1 Position)

• Qualification:

  Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Management, Agriculture, or related field with 5+ years of experience.

• Key Role:

  Strengthen FPC governance, design training programs, develop SOPs, and mentor FPCs for sustainability.

FPC Development Manager (6 Positions)

• Qualification:

  Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Rural Management, Business, or related field with 5+ years of experience.

• Key Role:

  Mobilize farmers, support FPC registration and governance, facilitate market linkages, oversee input shops, and document project progress.
