About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software systems.
• Take ownership of modules/features from design to production rollout.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a high-performance culture.
• Troubleshoot, debug and improve existing systems for better performance and scalability.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest adoption when relevant.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 36 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Working knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
