We are currently seeking a Talent Delivery Director to lead recruitment service delivery for one of our key global clients —an enterprise with a highly structured, multi-stage hiring process similar to leading tech organizations. This is a strategic leadership role based in Bangalore , overseeing hiring operations across the APAC and NAM regions . Role Overview: Lead end-to-end talent delivery strategy for a complex, high-volume hiring account. Design and implement tailored recruitment solutions to meet the client's rigorous and multi-step hiring processes. Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and client-side stakeholders. Drive performance , quality , and consistency across large-scale recruitment operations. Build, coach, and lead a high-performing team spanning regions and functions. Leverage talent intelligence , analytics , and market insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement. Align with global and regional leadership on process innovation , change management , and scalability . What You Bring: 15+ years in recruitment operations , including at least 8 years in senior leadership . Deep experience in managing large, complex RPO or internal recruitment teams. Proven success supporting clients with layered hiring models and high-bar evaluations , akin to top-tier tech firms . Expertise in stakeholder engagement , team development , and operational excellence . Bachelor’s degree required ; Master’s preferred (HR, Business, or related fields).
