Primary Responsibility:

Recruitment & Staffing:

• Source, interview, and hire qualified healthcare professionals (e.g., phlebotomists, lab technicians, front desk, radiologists, etc.)
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Onboarding & Training:

• Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees, documentation, and orientation.
• Organize training programs related to safety, hygiene, and patient service protocols.

Attendance & Payroll Support:

• Maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
• Liaise with payroll for salary processing and resolve discrepancies.
