Design and implement overall candidate mobilisation strategy client wise. If required meeting the clients for finding candidates qualification criteria and developing JDs if required. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Manage sourcing and attracting candidates by using own resources, databases, social media etc , publishing job advertisements on social media, careers pages, and online job boards.
