Supply Chain Manager

Job Title: Supply Chain Management Lead Location: Jaipur CTC: Up to 12 LPA Experience: Minimum 10+ years (Experience in the Solar Industry Preferred) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Management Lead to oversee and optimize the supply chain operations for our solar energy projects. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, vendor management, and logistics, with a strong preference for experience in the solar industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure seamless procurement, inventory management, and distribution. Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of solar components and materials. Optimize logistics and warehousing operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor inventory levels and ensure on-time availability of materials for projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, and finance to align supply chain processes with business objectives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines. Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to drive process improvements and cost savings. Manage import/export operations, customs clearance, and supply chain risk mitigation. Leverage technology and automation to enhance supply chain efficiency. Key Requirements: 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector. Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills. Proficiency in supply chain software (SAP, ERP, or similar tools). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of solar industry components, procurement challenges, and market trends is an added advantage. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience handling large-scale procurement and supplier contracts in the solar energy industry.
