Role Overview We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager based in India to work remotely , who will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our supply chain operations. This includes inventory planning , vendor coordination , cost monitoring , and collaboration with our purchase, production, and order execution teams . The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of handling complex global logistics in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end inventory management across warehouses and manufacturing locations Conduct accurate data entry and maintain real-time supply chain dashboards and ERP tools Coordinate closely with Purchase, Production, and Order Execution Teams to ensure timely availability of materials Analyze demand forecasts and historical data to predict material and product requirements Monitor supply chain costs , purchase pricing , and maintain cost-efficiency Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers , including negotiations and performance tracking Prepare monthly budgets , variance reports, and procurement plans Ensure alignment of operations with production timelines and customer order cycles Optimize processes for cost savings and faster execution Identify risks and mitigation plans within the supply chain Report to senior management on KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred) 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory control Prior experience with remote work in a global setup is preferred Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets , ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Odoo), and data entry tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills Ability to manage time-sensitive priorities under pressure Familiarity with costing methods , budgeting, and purchase pricing dynamics Work Environment Remote Position: Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup Work Hours: Start from 2:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST to coordinate effectively with US-based teams (Pacific Time overlap) Collaborative culture with global team members based in the US, India, and other regions

E-Commerce Specialist (Remote – India) Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to support the back-end operations and technical functions of our growing online business. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless and efficient digital customer experience across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing day-to-day e-commerce tasks, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with external partners to enhance online store performance. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage the back-end operations of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon , and others Provide technical support for product uploads, listing errors, and plugin/app integration issues Regularly update product listings with accurate inventory, pricing, images, and content Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central account, including product listings, advertising campaigns, and account health Run and monitor Amazon PPC campaigns , optimize ACoS, and drive ROI Coordinate with portal partners and vendors to optimize store performance and resolve operational issues Deliver B2C customer support across platforms via email/chat , handling order inquiries, returns, and refunds Collaborate with marketing teams and agencies to implement online campaigns and track performance metrics Conduct keyword research and manage Google Ads campaigns for product visibility and traffic growth Assist in SEO activities to increase product and content visibility across search engines and digital channels Support the company's brand visibility by managing digital presence and online reputation Monitor site and sales analytics; prepare regular reports to support strategic decision-making Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business , or a related field 2–4 years of hands-on e-commerce operations experience ( must include U.S. market exposure ) Must-have experience with: Amazon PPC campaign management and optimization Amazon Seller Central account handling Google Ads and keyword research Proficient with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central Working knowledge of HTML/CSS , CMS platforms, and e-commerce plugins Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools , and content/blog optimization Strong problem-solving and communication abilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with remote/global teams Prior experience in B2C customer support is a strong advantage Must have a reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup Work Environment: Location: Remote (Open to candidates based in India only) Work Hours: Starting from 2:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST to align with US business operations Reporting To: US-based E-Commerce and Marketing teams
