What You'll Handle

• Full ownership of end-to-end supply chain â from sourcing to dispatch
• Manage and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners
• Monitor and optimise inventory levels without overstocking or stockouts
• Collaborate with production, sales, and R&D to predict demand and align supply
• Ensure on-time delivery and cost-effective procurement of electronic components
• Solve problems fast â parts delayed, shipments stuck, supplier dropped? You fix it
• Develop systems for tracking, reporting, and improving supply chain KPIs
• Implement process improvements that actually stick â not just theory
  

Must-Haves

• 4â10 years of hands-on experience in supply chain or procurement roles
• Strong background in the electronics or electrical components industry
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage suppliers
• Experience with ERP systems, procurement tools, and inventory control software
• Not afraid to get into the weeds â you know your lead times, part codes, and incoterms
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Global sourcing experience
• Experience handling import/export regulations and compliance
