About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design safe and durable structural systems for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct structural analysis using relevant software and engineering techniques.
• Prepare detailed drawings, design documents, load calculations, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, and construction teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction and ensure compliance with design standards.
• Review and approve construction materials, methods, and plans.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Identify and resolve any design or construction issues on-site.

Requirements:

• Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree (Optional but preferred)

• Experience:

• Minimum 2-Years of experience in structural design and analysis
• Experience in both RCC and steel structure projects is preferred

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, Revit, or similar structural software
• Strong understanding of design codes (IS Codes, IRC, etc.)

• Other Skills:

• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Good communication and team coordination skills
