About the Role As a Strategic Alliances Manager at SaveIN, you will play a pivotal role in driving partnerships and collaborations that enhance our ecosystem. You will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, financial institutions, and technology partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to SaveIN’s growth by expanding our network, unlocking new business opportunities, and strengthening our market position. Employment Type: Full Time / Work from Office Experience Required: 2-4 years Reporting To: Co-founder & CFO Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners to drive business growth and enhance our offerings. Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with SaveIN’s long-term vision and business goals. Negotiate and structure partnerships, ensuring win-win collaborations with healthcare providers, financial institutions, and ecosystem players. Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to maximize the impact of strategic alliances. Build deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term value creation for both parties. Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to refine alliance strategies. Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance to optimize future collaborations. Skills & Qualifications Education: Graduation + MBA preferred. Experience: 2-4 years in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management. Proven track record of driving successful partnerships, preferably in healthcare, fintech, or SaaS. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and deal-structuring skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven mindset with an ability to analyze partnership performance and optimize outcomes. Why Join Us?
