Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level stenographer to join our team in Jaipur on a full-time basis. Females preferred. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently documenting correspondence and maintaining confidentiality, supporting various departments within our organization.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proficiency in shorthand with the ability to transcribe materials with speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong document management skills with meticulous attention to detail for recording and organizing official documents.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for drafting and managing documents.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence and documents based on recorded dictations.
  • Detailed oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and consistency in all stenography work.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Accurately transcribe spoken words and dictations into readable and well-structured documents.
  • Organize and maintain a centralized record of all the stenographic materials and official correspondences.
  • Draft, edit, and finalize official correspondence including letters, memos, and reports as required.
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide stenographic support during meetings and discussions.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure maintenance of sensitive organizational information and documents.
  • Coordinate with team members and assist in scheduling and recording minutes of meetings.
  • Stay updated on industry standards of shorthand and documentation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in other documentation duties as assigned by supervisors to support company objectives.
