Stenographer

ob Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Stenographer to provide high-quality transcription and clerical support. The ideal candidate should be proficient in shorthand, accurate in typing, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive documents and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take dictations in shorthand and transcribe them accurately
• Prepare and format official letters, reports, and minutes of meetings
• Maintain records and documentation systematically
• Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information
• Assist in general administrative duties as required
• Manage schedules, appointments, and basic coordination
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with accuracy

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Stenographer or similar role
• Proficiency in shorthand (minimum 80–100 wpm) and typing (minimum 40–50 wpm)
• Excellent command of English and/or Hindi (or regional language, if required)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Formal training in stenography or secretarial practice
• Prior experience working with senior executives or in legal/admin environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
