The responsibilities involve delivering lectures, conducting research, mentoring students, and participating in Multidisciplinary Innovation & Entrepreneurship (MDI&E). The role also includes teaching, research, collaboration and mentoring in Design Thinking and Innovation, Prototyping tools, innovation and Entrepreneurship akills. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Engineering / Design / Management / Innovation Desirable: Ph.D. in Innovation / Entrepreneurship / Design / Liberal Arts Experience Minimum 2 years teaching or industry experience in Innovation or Startups Core Skills - Design Thinking, Lean Startup, BMC, MVP, customer validation - Prototyping: 3D printing, PCB, Arduino, Figma, etc. - Workshop facilitation, project-based mentoring, excellent communication Certifications Preferred: IDEO / Stanford d.school / NID / IIMs / Wadhwani Foundation
