Job Title: SRE Azure DevOps Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SRE Azure DevOps Engineer with expertise in monitoring, automation, and CI/CD pipeline management. This role requires integrating observability tools such as AppDynamics, handling incident/change workflows via ServiceNow, and enhancing system reliability through proactive monitoring and self-healing automation in a .NET environment.

Responsibilities:

Integrate and maintain observability tools such as AppDynamics and manage dashboards
Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for .NET applications
Create dashboards to monitor build stability and performance metrics
Implement and maintain test automation within the CI/CD pipeline
Analyze logs and telemetry for early issue detection and performance trends
Automate test validations, pre-deployment checks, and post-deployment verifications
Develop automated workflows for proactive restarts and self-healing scenarios
Fine-tune alert rules and monitoring configurations to enhance issue detection

Must-Have:

Experience with monitoring tools and observability dashboards, particularly AppDynamics
Proven skills in CI/CD pipeline creation and optimization using Azure DevOps
Integration of monitoring/logging tools like AppDynamics into pipeline stages
Understanding of automated testing workflows
Practical experience in incident and change management via ServiceNow
Ability to develop self-healing automation or recovery scripts for known issues
Proficiency in analyzing telemetry/log data to detect patterns and behaviors
Experience with post-release performance optimization

Good To Have:

Familiarity with Splunk
Experience using Postman and Swagger for API testing
Basic knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium or JMeter
Light scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Microsoft Azure certification (e.g., AZ-104)
Domain experience in travel or cruise industries
