Job Description

Area(s) of responsibility

Test Co-ordinator

Develop a comprehensive test strategy aligned with the ERP transformation goals and objectives.
Develop and conduct Tricentis tool training sessions with cross-functional teams, including the Superusers.
Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP Implementation projects via Tricentis tool.
Oversee testing activities throughout the project life cycle from initiation to delivery and closure.
Establish and maintain testing schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor and control testing activities to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Create reports, dashboards and KPI trend metrics for monitoring and reporting testing and defect resolution status.
Configure Tricentis tool to send notifications to action owners and reminder email for overdue tasks.
Maintain reusable test script repository to be utilized from one project to another
Customize or configure additional fields and logic in the tool to support testing requirements
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to facilitate smooth testing processes.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and provide status updates.
