Sr. Software Implementation Engineer

Job Title: Senior Implementation Engineer Department: Service - Implementation Reports To: Manager Experience: 3–5 years Location: Hyderabad, Telangana/ Chennai/ Bangalore/ Vijayawada Role Overview: As a Senior Implementation Engineer at SIONIQ, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of SIONIQ ERP for new clients. This includes system setup, customization based on client requirements, conducting training sessions, and ensuring timely go-live. You will also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional modules to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities: · Lead the implementation of SIONIQ ERP for new clients, ensuring alignment with their business processes and objectives. · Customize the ERP system to meet specific client needs, including data migration and integration with existing systems. · Conduct comprehensive training sessions (online/offline) for client teams, ensuring effective adoption of the system. · Develop and maintain detailed implementation documentation, including project plans, timelines, and client communications. · Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and escalate as necessary to meet deadlines and SLAs. · Collaborate with sales and support teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional ERP modules. · Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. > with potential travel to client sites. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. · 3-5 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably within the jewellery or manufacturing sectors. · Strong understanding of ERP systems, with hands-on experience in customization and integration. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support clients effectively. · Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. · Knowledge of the jewellery industry and its specific business processes is a plus. · Proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language from South India (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, ) is mandatory for local language at base place.
