What the role offers

• With limited guidance, design, develop, deploy, maintain, and evolve internal and customer-facing products
• Leverage Test-Driven Development
• Review, provide feedback, and approve code merge requests
• Mentor other team members in coding best-practice and security paradigms
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Continuously improve development processes and product quality
• Promote continuous integration/delivery/deployment characteristics
• Facilitate triage and root-cause analysis on system defects
• Pair with other team members on development efforts
• Create proofs-of-concept for new technologies
• Continuously learn
• Create and maintain product documentation

What you need to succeed

• Fluency in English written and verbal communications
• 6+ years of production web application development using ASP.NET core or ASP.NET & EF Core
• 5+ years of experience with backend development in C#, Unit Test, Moq
• 2+ years of experience with backend development in ASP.NET Core
• 3+ years of experience with frontend development, leveraging Javascript and frameworks like React.js or similar
• Relational and non-relational database modeling
• Demonstrated fluency in developing cloud based solutions, preferably AWS Fargate, Lambda, DynamoDb
• Ability to demonstrate the process of Test-Driven Development
• Ability to identify and select common design patterns for applicable use-cases
• Ability to articulate the purpose and importance of the SOLID principles

One Last thing

• A degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge in the following languages in AWS services, such as ECS, Lambda, S3, Api Gateway, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch, Aurora MySql, DynamoDb
• Knowledge in Object Oriented Programming
• Knowledge in the following frontend frameworks: React.js, Redux, Redux-Toolkit
• Awareness and application of UI/UX principles
• AWS SDK knowledge
• AWS Certification(s)
• Understanding of software security and secure design principles
