Process Associate – US Shift Location: Axximum Business Solution, Cantonment, Trichy Shift Timing: US Shift (Night Shift) Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We seek a dynamic and experienced SR. Process Associate to manage and guide our team during the US shift . The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure team performance, and maintain high-quality service standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of 5+ employees working in the US shift . Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. Allocate tasks, set goals, and track team performance against key metrics. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members. Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and resolve issues promptly. Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and client requirements. Prepare reports on team performance and present insights to management. Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Maintain a positive and motivating work environment to drive engagement and retention. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a US shift environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Proficiency in AI/ML Tool. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations. Willingness to work in night shifts and adapt to time zone differences.
