- Plan and conduct operational, financial, compliance, audits across departments.
- Review internal controls and procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Identify gaps in risk controls and suggest corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
- Conduct follow-up audits to verify timely and proper implementation of audit recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, internal policies, and external standards (e.g., SOX, ISO).
- Support fraud detection and investigation activities as required.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Assist in developing the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessment.
- Preparation of scope of audit & customized checklist.
- Overall monitoring of audit assignments.
- Identify root cause and financial impact of audit findings and suggest practical recommendations.
- Preparing and discussing the audit report with (client's) operating staff.
- Interact with key personnel of Client/process owners and maintain healthy relationship.
1. Must have good knowledge in Internal Audit.
2. Should be open for traveling.
